These Terms of Service govern your use of the CreditDesk website and application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
CreditDesk provides tools to support trade credit decisions, including visibility of credit limits, exposure, invoice ageing and manual overrides. The service is designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it.
CreditDesk is provided as a decision-support tool. Credit decisions remain your responsibility. You should always consider context, judgement and up-to-date information when making credit decisions.
CreditDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change or discontinue parts of the service over time, particularly during pilot or early access phases.
If fees apply to your use of CreditDesk, these will be clearly communicated before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
CreditDesk and all associated software, branding and content remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.
To the extent permitted by law, CreditDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
